1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, requesting services, or entering into a service agreement with TRUELINE ROOFING LLC (“TRUELINE,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to website use, estimates, communications, and services unless superseded by a written contract.
2. Services Provided
TRUELINE ROOFING provides residential and commercial roofing and exterior services, including but not limited to:
Residential Services
• Roof repair and replacement
• Storm damage and insurance-related work
• Roof inspections and condition assessments
• Gutter installation and exterior drainage components
• Window and exterior component replacement
Commercial Services
• Commercial roof replacement and re-roofing
• New construction roofing systems
• Commercial roof repairs
• Preventative maintenance programs
• Emergency leak response and temporary protection
• Roof inspections, condition reports, and asset assessments
• Budget planning and lifecycle recommendations
Additional Services
• Exterior building envelope repairs
• Waterproofing and leak mitigation
• Temporary weather protection or emergency stabilization
• Related construction and exterior improvement services
All services are subject to a written estimate, proposal, or contract.
3. Estimates and Pricing
• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Pricing may change due to material cost increases, scope changes, or site conditions
• Deposits may be required prior to scheduling
• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees
Accepted payment methods may include ACH, credit card, check, or other approved methods.
Processing fees charged by payment providers may apply.
4. Scope of Work and Change Orders
Work will be performed according to the approved scope in the written estimate or contract.
Any additional work requested or required due to unforeseen conditions will require a written change order and may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments.
TRUELINE is not responsible for work or materials outside the agreed scope.
5. Site Conditions and Hidden Damage
Roofing and exterior construction may reveal hidden or concealed conditions, including but not limited to:
• Structural damage
• Rot, mold, or deterioration
• Improper prior construction
• Code deficiencies
If such conditions are discovered, additional work and costs may be required. TRUELINE will notify the customer before proceeding when possible.
6. Scheduling, Weather, and Delays
Project schedules are estimates and may be affected by:
• Weather conditions
• Material availability or manufacturer delays
• Site access limitations
• Safety conditions
• Unforeseen structural or jobsite issues
TRUELINE will communicate schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible. These delays do not constitute breach of agreement.
7. Insurance Claims
If work is related to an insurance claim:
• The customer is responsible for claim approval and payment
• TRUELINE is not responsible for coverage decisions by the insurance carrier
• Any work not covered by insurance remains the responsibility of the customer
8. Warranties
TRUELINE provides a workmanship warranty as specified in the project agreement.
Manufacturer warranties apply separately and are governed by the manufacturer’s terms.
Warranties do not cover:
• Damage caused by severe weather or natural disasters
• Damage caused by third parties or subsequent work by others
• Improper maintenance or neglect
• Structural or pre-existing conditions outside the scope of work
9. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Remove or protect personal property near the work zone
• Secure pets and ensure occupant safety
• Disclose known hazards or site conditions
• Notify TRUELINE of any concerns promptly
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• TRUELINE is not liable for pre-existing structural issues or concealed damage
• TRUELINE is not responsible for delays caused by weather, suppliers, or conditions beyond our control
• TRUELINE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the work performed under the agreement
11. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of TRUELINE ROOFING LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
12. Communications
By submitting a form or providing contact information, you agree to receive communications from TRUELINE regarding your request, including phone calls, emails, and text messages. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP.
13. Modifications
TRUELINE ROOFING reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
