Services Provided
We offer residential roofing services including:
- Roof repairs & replacements
- Inspections & storm damage assessments
- Gutter installations
- Related exterior services
All services are subject to a written estimate or contract.
Estimates & Payments
- Estimates are valid for 30 days
- Deposits may be required before work begins
- Final invoices are due upon completion
- Late payments may be subject to fees
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment: ACH, credit card, and check.
Payment Processing Fees
Please note that transactions made via ACh and credit card may be subject to processing fees. These fees are determined by the payment processor and are subject to change without notice.
Scheduling & Delays
We strive to meet all project deadlines. However, weather, material delays, or other unforeseen issues may impact scheduling. We will notify clients of any changes as early as possible.
Warranty
We offer a five year workmanship warranty on completed jobs. Material warranties are governed by each manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover:
- Natural disasters
- Damage after installation by others
- Owner neglect or misuses
Homeowner Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide access to the job site
- Communicate property concerns or hazards
- Secure pets and fragile items during service
- Notify us of changes to contact or project scope
Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or structural issues
- Third-party contractor errors
- Delays due to supply shortages or weather
- Indirect or incidental damages outside our scope
